Activity description

CityArts Factory, managed by the Downtown Arts District, is the home to seven art galleries, Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen and SAK Comedy Lab. The galleries are open Tuesday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and admission is free. New exhibits are featured each month with openings on the third Thursday from 6-9 p.m. during the Third Thursday Orlando event. Emerging and established artists along with international artists showcase their art monthly with over 5,000 works of art displayed annually. In addition, Young Artists participate in workshops and exhibit their work. The community comes together to celebrate art and its artists. Buy original art, and support artists. The gallery spaces are available for event rentals, and artists can get involved in several ways (juried exhibits, gallery rentals).
